By participating in American Star Pageants events/photo contest, I/We hereby agree to release and hold harmless American Star Pageants, its directors, agents, representatives, and any other contestants from any rights or claims for damages or injuries which may occur while participating in any activity connected with American Star Pageants. Further, I/We also grant American Star Pageants the right to use any photographs, movies or video-tapes made/submitted during any activity connected with American Star Pageants, and to use our name with any of the before mentioned in any promotional efforts on behalf of American Star Pageants and group competitions of this and subsequent years thereafter. I/We understand that under no circumstances will refunds be given unless we cancel the said event. American Star Pageant reserves the right to substitute prizes with those of equal or greater value without notice. American Star Pageants reserves the right to cancel an event if minimum contestant numbers are not met. I /We understand that any infraction of these rules will result in disqualification. This constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and is legally binding.
